一、擺錘沖擊試驗機主要適用范圍及功能
One, the main scope and function
適用于機械，冶金，大專院校，科研院所等各領域用來測定對塑料、尼龍、橡膠、玻璃鋼、復合塑料管材、電氣絕緣材料等非金屬材料的沖擊韌性值和檢驗材料的抗沖擊能力。
Suitable for use in machinery, metallurgy, universities, research institutes and other fields for determination of impact toughness of plastic, nylon, rubber, glass, steel, composite plastic pipe, electrical insulating materials and other non-metallic materials and test material impact resistance.
擺錘沖擊試驗機該機采用德國西門子PLC進行控制，通過高精度光學編碼器進行仰角數據采集，利用上位機軟件進行參數設置和數據顯示，自動對不同的錘頭進行摩擦損耗校準和計算并保存數值，自動計算沖擊強度并可以對沖擊強度進行數據打印。通過電動釋放錘頭，具有操作使用方便，安全可靠，數據精度高等優點。
This machine adopts Germany Siemens PLC control, for elevation data acquisition through high precision optical encoder, parameter settings and data show that the use of computer software, automatic on different hammer friction loss calibration and calculation and save the value, automatically calculate the impact strength and the data can be printed on the impact strength. Through the electric release hammer, has the advantages of convenient operation, safe and reliable use, data precision.
